Questions
Can you repair my tire or do I need a new one?
It depends on the damage. A puncture in the tread that has not been driven flat for long can often be repaired safely. Sidewall damage, bulges, large cuts or a tire driven flat usually mean replacement. We check on site and tell you honestly. Sending a photo on WhatsApp helps.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Your exact location (share it from our contact form or WhatsApp), your vehicle make and model, what happened, and whether you are somewhere safe. For tire jobs, the tire size from the sidewall helps. For fuel, tell us gasoline or diesel.
Do you give a price before you start?
Yes. We explain what affects the price and give you a quote, so you can decide before any work begins. Some services, such as towing, new tires, battery and starter replacement, fuel delivery, mobile mechanic work and commercial truck assistance, always need an individual quote.
Can you fix my car at home or at work?
Often, yes. Many of our services, including tire swaps, boosts, battery replacement and some mechanical repairs, can be done in a driveway or parking lot. If a job needs a garage, we tell you and can arrange a tow.
